VisionPoints, The Experience Designers, specializes in strategic, integrated interior and graphic design for your firm. Our proprietary approach to marketing and integrated design is a service currently unavailable to small- to mid-size businesses, and we are excited to offer this powerful, comprehensive tool for True Positioning and growth.
Our team has spent almost an equal amount of time on the business/management side, and the design/development side, of companies large and small.
Sure, we believe in good design. We believe in measuring, proving, and growing real numbers with good design.
We've proudly worked on the inside of some big firms who were already successes and some small firms who took off, curious and taking notes all the while. We've been with corporate conglomerates and entrepreneurial ventures. We have worked for a few spectacular failures, which taught so much about proactive involvement in engineering growth. Yes, growth has to be engineered, in a sense; unless you get very lucky, it doesn't just happen without a Vision and a way to Go Where Your VisionPoints. If you do get very lucky, the day comes when as a mid-size firm, you still need to engineer that growth, as the fabulous startup flattens out. To create that wildfire again, it's time to discover the Vision. We know the Vision was there all along, but in a fast-paced business there was no time to nail it down.
There are many choices for incremental improvement of business elements out there. Should I hire an interior designer? A graphic designer? Do a bit of market research? Survey my customers? Send a mailing, do a new ad? Can I handle it all myself? Do I have the time, or the expertise? Will I know how best to use my limited dollars? (Even the Big Boys have limited dollars.)

Kelly brings a diverse background in management, interior and graphic design, and research to her position as VisionPoints’ founder.
“Good commercial design is not an arbitrary decorative art. It's an essential tool for the success of any business venture,” Kelly says. “It requires solid research—and there's no doubt it can deliver bottom-line results.”
Kelly attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, with majors in English and Spanish; she holds a BFA in Interior Design, with concentration in Graphic Design, from Drake University, Des Moines, IA. She has an absolute passion for helping other business owners and leaders to Go Where Your VisionPoints.
