When we surveyed business owners in the Delaware Valley last year, the results were conclusive: 88% of owners said yes.

We found that in businesses with less than 50 employees in this area, 60% were non-consumers, attempting to do their research and design themselves; the remaining small-to-medium business owners were consumers mainly of interior design (5%) or graphic design (27%) services, and some who used both an interior design firm and a graphic design firm (8%). Very few had used any formal market research (2%). Even fewer (less than 1%) had ever worked with a branding agency.
