Peter and Roxann Flynn, owners of the Panorama Motel in Hampton, New York, were ready for an update of their graphic materials. “We've just spent two years upgrading every aspect of our rooms,” Pete says, “and it's time to unify our revamped physical Presence with the materials guests see before and after they visit us.” First up: a logo to represent the Panorama as they move forward.

Long-view Experience Design Solution
Roxann says, “Kelly worked with us to get the big picture of where we want to go with the Motel. She encouraged us to dig into our travelers' needs, the elements of our Experience which create the most satisfaction for guests, and our own hopes and dreams. VisionPoints put together a long-term plan for growing the motel's customer base, and we've been working the plan one element at a time. The time we spent before we redesigned a single thing has really paid off.
Conveying comfort, showcasing value
“Our new logo and tagline captures the spirit we want to convey to guests. We're still a little rustic, comfortable and homelike as we've always been, but the clean fresh look says we've got a foot in the future, too.”

Business cards, letterhead, new signage, and a really fresh brochure (top of page or click here for a pdf version) complete the first stage of the graphic "makeover" for the Panorama.
