To the new, improved VisionPoints website. Please excuse our dust! It’s been in the works for months and it’s finally here—a site that’s more focused on the Experience Design needs of your small business than ever before.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be in the background, adding features and polishing the visual impact of the site, but it was about time for this site overhaul to show itself to the world. If you’re new to the site please come on in, we’re glad to have you. If you’ve been here before, we’ll point out a few changes that we’ve included to help you choose the Customer Experience improvement that will move you forward in 2010:

• Separate pages to explain the benefits of web-only Experience improvements: the Website Audit and Web Experience Solution

• and Experience Design for traditional/ “bricks-and-mortar” businesses: the Pinpoint Positioning Report and complete Experience Design Solution

MicroScope projects finally get their own page so you can easily decide if a smaller-scale project is right for you as a standalone project or with one of our packaged Solutions

• A handy chart lets you compare the features of each service at a glance

• This new blog, The Big Edge, will provide us a place to semi-occasionally crow about great companies putting Experience Design to work for their growth—it’s the last Big Edge for your small business! (If you’re looking for a more frequent fix of Experience Design tips, tricks, and strategies, don’t forget owner Kelly Erickson’s Maximum Customer Experience Blog.)

• Our easy-to-use contact forms are linked to from just about every page on the site to make getting in touch a breeze—as always, we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days

• The Portfolio has a great new look, and we’ve continued to add Snapshots (shorter image-only pieces) and Case Studies so you can get a preview of how your project will help your business grow

• And there’s much more for you to explore and discover!

The object of this site overhaul was stated in a single sentence, one that could describe our work every day: “The #1 job of this site redesign is to make Experience Design less of a mystery.”

We hope you’ll agree that with the new site, breaking up information and presenting it in different ways so you can read through, click through, or scan through according to your own style of using a website, VisionPoints is on its way to achieving that goal for you, our small business clients, seekers of solutions, and loyal readers.

We can hardly wait to get your project started, and to kick things off we’re offering a special “Grand Re-Opening” discount from now through July 15th. Check it out on our Pricing & Special Offers page (that’s where our handy chart is).

Be sure to contact us today and get your project on our summer schedule before the discount’s gone!

Here’s to your best year ever,

Kelly Erickson and VisionPoints
